Shipping Policies
EVERY DAY OFFER: IntrigueBeauty.com offers FREE standard shipping for orders over $100.
Please Note: All Discounts apply before the order is shipped. We do not charge online per customers add/change products after the order is placed therefore it is in the customers best interest for us to charge at the office. You will receive the Invoice showing all changes and discounts when the package arrives.
Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1 business day of receipt*. An email will be sent to the email address you provide to inform you of your tracking number. A business day is Monday - Friday 9AM to 5PM West Coast Time, holidays are not business days.

Lost/Stolen Packages
- If you do not trust the area that the item is being shipped to, please type "Signature Required" in the comments section when checking out. IntrigueBeauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, IntrigueBeauty will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate with every attempt made to remedy the situation.
- If you do not receive your package within the specified time please contact us by email to info@IntrigueBeauty.com so we can track it for you. If the Post Office shows it delivered, then you would need to contact your Local Post Office with the Tracking number.
Return Policy / Exchanges
Intrigue Beauty will be happy to accept returns on all merchandise within 15 days of purchase. Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept returns on used or damaged merchandise caused by the purchaser. Sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. Please contact us by email within 15 days of receiving your package.
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization for identification purposes. Returns that are not authorized will experience delays in processing.
To receive a Return Authorization Form, please email info@IntrigueBeauty.com.
- Invoice number
- The names of the items you wish to return
- Reason for return
- To ensure a prompt resolution to your situation, please keep the box, packing materials, and the damaged items for inspection by IntrigueBeauty.com.
- The item must arrive in the same condition as it was sent to you in order to receive a refund. Makeup can not be used and returned.
- There will be a 20 % restocking fee on all returns and you will be responsible for the return postage. The restocking fee can be waived on exchanges however we do not exchange any product that have been used and we inspect all returns.
- The refund will be processed to the same credit card account that was used to pay for the order, and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.
- If the order was over $100 and free shipping was applied, if the returned product reduces the total to under a $100 we will deduct shipping charges of $6.95 from the total of the credit.
