Eye Primer |
A priming layer for your eye shadow.

Nothing is worse than eye shadow changing color after application or accentuating fine lines and wrinkles that we all don't want. Eye Primer eliminates those fine lines and wrinkles while forming a long protective base that will allow your eye shadow to be the same color after application that you see in the containers. Cinema Secrets Eye Primer also doubles the staying power and keeps your eye shadow on longer than any other eye primer.
Basic Application:
Apply a small amount of Cinema Secrets Eye Primer directly to your Lip Brush or a stainless steel palette and apply a smooth coat to your eye. It's translucent and can be used on all skin colors and types. The quick drying formula will be ready in less than a minute; then apply your eye shadow as you would normally.
Removal:
All professional cosmetics remove with any Makeup Remover or with soap and warm water.
