Cinema Secrets Liquid Liner Sealer is formulated to be used with any cosmetic product that calls for water with the application. Use with any eyeshadow to create a special eye lining color that will not crease, crack and becomes completely waterproof! Use with any cake eye liner to create perfect and defined eye lines while making the product waterproof. Can also be used with Cinema Secrets Hollywood Lights shimmering powders to create fantasy color eye lines.

Basic Application:

Apply 1 to 2 drops directly into a Cinema Secrets Eye Shadow or Blush, mixing into pigment with a fine line eye lining brush. Allow the Liquid Liner Sealer to dry completely before using the dry pigmented product for dry application. Liquid Liner Sealer will not damage your dry applied product. Completely clean your Brush with Cinema Secrets Professional Brush Cleaner.

Removal:

All professional cosmetics remove with any makeup remover or with soap and warm water.
Available in a .50 ounce dropper container.
