Is your website Secure?
Our Website has industry standard security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control, and we will take all reasonable steps to insure the safety of your personal information.
What happens with my Back Orders?
If an item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, we'll contact you by phone to the number you have provided with the expected delivery date. Please Note: Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped (Free Standard Shipping on all Back orders).
Where's my package?
If you have given your package the proper time period to arrive and you have not received it, please email info@IntrigueBeauty.com so we can track it for you.
One of my products was damaged in shipping.
Please send us the damaged item and we will issue a credit/exchange for the same product, just notify us within 5 days of receiving your package. We need the damaged products to show the manufacturer so they can better improve the quality/packaging of the product.
When will my order be Processed?
Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekend days). Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM PST, Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
I ordered one product and got another instead!
Please email info@IntrigueBeauty.com with the incorrect item and we will correct it for you immediately.
Do you accept International orders?
We're sorry, at this time we are unable to ship internationally or accept credit cards issued by international banks. We apologize for any inconvenience.
What is your return policy?
Intrigue Beauty will be happy to accept returns on all merchandise within 15 days of purchase. Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept returns on used or damaged merchandise. Please click the Shipping/Returns tab for more information on how to return a product.
